We are principally a transport organisation providing logistical services for all kinds of Liquid Bulk Petroleum, Petrochemicals, Specialty Products, Oils, Gases, etc. The establishment was set up in 1972 in the name of Himalaya Transport by Late Shri J. V. Sethia with a modest beginning of one tank truck. The closely held business concern became a Private Limited Company in 1989 and has grown manifolds over the past 35 years.

The Company has a large fleet of 200 vehicles comprising of a mix of Stainless Steel & Mild Steel Tankers. The Company services its client from Mumbai, Baroda, Hazira, Kandla, Mundra, Jamnagar, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Ankleshwar, Bharuch & the operations are spread in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Haryana & Delhi.

The Group has further diversified its services business by including a Crane Division in 1997 and Sea Logistics in 2007. There are 16 cranes ranging from 10 Tons to 150 Tons for various applications with Boom Lengths extending upto 160 feet. The new venture of Sea Logistics saw the acquisition of the first New Barge “M. V. HIMALAYA” of 2000 Tons Bulk Loading Capacity in the year 2007.
